"Make sure to get an extra app ( like lifesum) to count calories. Because this app is not accurate with calories. For instance a bowl of rice is 75 cal but they don't take size in consideration, and what kind of brand. So pls get another app for calorie counting as you could undereat with this one. So when you've done that at the end of the day you can accurately fill in the calories in this app."
